Version 1.0

Killdoku Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Summary

Killdoku is an offline logic game. In the audited version 1.0 release, the app does not collect or share personal data.

What stays on your device

Killdoku stores game progress, active investigations, settings, tutorial state, statistics, streak dates, notes, history, timers, and technical attempt identifiers in the app’s local preferences. This information is used only to operate the game and let play continue after the app closes. It is not sent to Killdoku and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Device backup and transfer

Your operating system may include eligible local preferences in a device backup or device-to-device transfer, depending on your device, account, and backup settings. This is an operating-system service, not a Killdoku account or real-time cloud sync.

Using Settings → Reset progress removes campaign progress from the app’s current local storage while retaining settings. Removing the app normally removes its local container, but the operating system may later restore an earlier backup. Killdoku has no publisher database from which local saves can be retrieved, corrected, exported, or remotely deleted.

Support and case reports

Killdoku can copy a short diagnostic or case-report template to the clipboard only after you choose the copy or report action. It contains the app version and build, platform family, language and, for a case report, case, dossier, difficulty, and grid metadata. It does not contain the hidden solution, murderer, save contents, file paths, contact details, or a device or advertising identifier.

The app does not send that template automatically. If you paste it into email or another service, that service’s privacy terms apply.

External privacy and support pages

When you select a privacy or support link, Killdoku asks the operating system to open a fixed HTTPS page in your external browser. The browser and website hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, according to their own configuration and policies.

This website uses no analytics, cookies, advertising, external fonts, or trackers. Killdoku receives no website analytics.

Sharing, sale, advertising, and tracking

The Killdoku app does not sell or share user data, show advertising, track users across apps or websites, or use advertising SDKs or data brokers. Version 1.0 has no analytics, purchases, accounts, online services, app-operated backend, or telemetry/crash-upload service.

Policy scope and future changes

This policy applies to Killdoku version 1.0 and its current audited release configuration. If a later version adds analytics, advertising, purchases, accounts, online services, or any other feature that changes data handling, this policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated before that version is distributed.
